Hannah Harrison passed the ServSafe Food Manager Certification in Mrs. Reedy's Food Safety and Sanitation Course. This certification is nationally recognized and is the highest certification awarded by ServSafe.
The exam focuses on six aspects of food service that can affect the safety of food such as foodborne microorganisms and allergens; personal hygiene; purchasing, receiving and storage of food; preparation, cooking and serving of food; facilities, cleaning, sanitizing, and pest management; and regulatory authorities.
