The Einstein Award is sponsored by the Science Department to encourage academic achievement and improvement. We want to celebrate these students for showing effort and positive work ethic as they strive for academic success. Students from each grade level were nominated by teachers and then one was chosen to be honored with this award. We are proud to have students like these in our district!

Bus Routes Update!!!!

Freshman Physical Science classes reviewed periodic table group names, electrons, and charges by making a colored flip-chart this week. These students will carry this on to ionic and covalent bonding later this week.







Family and Consumer Science and Food Safety and Nutrition students passed the ServSafe Food Handler course and exam and are nationally certified for three years. ServSafe Food Handler is a comprehensive course that delivers consistent food safety training in the areas of basic food safety, personal hygiene, cross-contamination and allergens, time and temperature, and cleaning and sanitation. The course and exam are developed by the National Restaurant Association and measure knowledge of food safety principles and concepts. The ServSafe Certification is recognized and accepted nationwide. There were a total of 34 FCS students who received this certification.
