Mrs. Reedy received the Beef In The Classroom Grant from Arkansas Ag in the Classroom in cooperation with the Arkansas Beef Council. The students in the Food Safety and Nutrition class compared cuts of beef and interpreted cooking methods. To give students first hand opportunity to put into practice what they had learned, the students cooked tender and less tender cuts of beef and conducted a taste test.
