HIPPY is a FREE home-based early childhood education program. We partner with parents to prepare their children for success in school. HIPPY helps parents empower themselves as their child's first teacher by giving them the tools, skills, and confidence they need to work with their child in the home. HIPPY is not income based; ANYONE can do the program, and yes it is free! Our educators work with you to schedule a time that is most convenient for your home visit.
